Plexus is a real-time telemetry visualization platform for hardware teams. The Platform connects to your devices and systems to display operational data in real-time.

3. User Responsibilities

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Authorize necessary permissions for data access
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
  • The accuracy and legality of data you send through the Platform

4. License and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Plexus in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer or create derivative works
  • Use the Platform for illegal purposes
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell or redistribute the Platform
  • Interfere with service for other users

Your use of Plexus is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Plexus Aerospace, Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Payment Terms

Platform pricing starts at $500/month. Custom services are priced separately.

  • Payments processed securely through our payment provider
  • Cancel subscription anytime through your account
  • Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis within 30 days

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue features
  • Change pricing with notice
  • Update these Terms

We will notify users of significant changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Plexus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
