- What does Free include?
- Up to 3 devices (connections count toward the 3), 7 days of history, and dashboards. Devices send over HTTP. No card. Alerts, on-call calls, live connections, video, commands, sharing and teammates come with Pro.
- What does Pro cost?
- $199 a month. It includes 50 GB of readings, about 3 billion of them. Past that, $0.10 per GB-month. Video storage is $0.50 per GB-month from the first GB, on its own line of the bill. Seats are free. The first month's $199 is free the first time a workspace upgrades: you add a card at checkout, and readings past 50 GB and video are still billed.
- Can the bill surprise me?
- You set a monthly amount and we email you at 50, 75, 90 and 100% of it. Plexus never pauses your data or deletes it because of the bill. You choose how long each device keeps data, and the app shows the cost first.
- How do I upgrade or cancel?
- In the app, under Settings → Subscription. Upgrading to Pro pays by card through Stripe. Change your card or cancel from the same tab.
- Who owns the data and the story?
- You do. What you show your customers goes out under your name.
